Good communication
Because corporate and public sector clients have differing needs, Prenax has created dedicated teams that specialise accordingly. Even though the teams are unique in their skills, service remains the number one priority. Service level agreements are always agreed upon before any account goes live assuring both parties have a clear understanding of what to expect. There are three measures we take most seriously: rapid response to claims and queries; accurate invoicing; and regular communication.
Consolidation services
While much of the content Prenax manages on behalf of our academic clients is electronic, there remains a proportion that will always be in print format. More and more institutions are asking Prenax to consolidate this material on their behalf. This means that we order, check-in, label, tape and despatch shelf-ready material.
