Responsive and Proactive

As a new customer of Prenax, we very happy with level of customer service and support received during the implementation period, particularly by our implementation manager (Rosie Helyar).

Given the specialised nature and geographical spread of the resources we require, Prenax were able to provide price quotes for titles which other suppliers were unable to, and carry through to successful order set up and delivery. In terms of the few electronic resources we have ordered, Prenax have quickly gained a good level of understanding of our access requirements, provided relevant price quotes, and liaised with the supplier on our behalf if we experienced problems with set up.

Overall, the order process was easy, and any titles that were not initially in their catalogue were added for us to approve on their platform.

They have been flexible on invoicing options to suit our institution and provided credits as needed. So far, we have had little experience of the claiming process. In terms of customer contact and communication, Prenax have been responsive to enquires in a prompt and meaningful way, and proactive in scheduling implementation meetings and follow ups.
